Enrichment adds context before first call.
This was a classic “leads exist, but ops is messy” problem. The fix was to make lead capture instant, enriched, and routed automatically.
Leads generated through the website contact form were handled manually by the sales team. This caused delayed follow-ups, inconsistent data entry, and limited context about new leads, making qualification and prioritization inefficient.
Automate lead creation end-to-end, ensure every lead was enriched with relevant information, and reduce operational workload on the sales team.
I integrated Contact Form 7 with Pipedrive using Zapier Webhooks, enabling real-time lead creation at every form submission. Form fields were mapped directly to CRM properties and logic was added to auto-assign lead status and source. Then I connected a third-party enrichment tool to populate firmographic/context fields automatically, giving sales full context before the first touch, with zero manual entry.
Sales follow-up time dropped by 30% because leads were instantly created and enriched in the CRM. Manual lead creation and data entry were almost completely eliminated, freeing the sales team to focus on qualification and conversion. The workflow also improved CRM data quality and overall sales efficiency.
